For Businesses

I work with wellness and mental health companies to create content and products that support connected eating and body-neutral or body-positive approaches to health.

I’m passionate about eliminating disordered eating and promoting body confidence- and I’m delighted to connect with others with similar goals!

We know that “sugar detox” and “conquer craving” content can be harmful, as well as too much exposure to highly edited images. But the things that promote complete well-being, like attuning to body sensations and finding joy in food and movement, are a lot harder to implement.

You know a good product should help your users to feel like they can trust themselves, rather than be told specifically what to do, but you are unsure how to retain users with that level of flexibility. Or you may recognize that handling health content in an empowering, supportive, and upbeat way will absolutely increase user enthusiasm and word-of-mouth.

I can help. As a licensed therapist with a decade of experience in disordered eating, we will work together to clarify how your product can offer an intuitive, holistic, and fun approach to food and body image.

My therapy clients consistently find that exploring their relationship to food empowers them across many facets of their lives, and we can make that feeling of empowerment available to your customers, too. My approach with each company is unique, but some of the ways I help include:

  • Developing a simple, clear set of product guidelines your team and content creators can put to use right away

  • Content creation or review

  • Assessing and clarifying user experience to promote well-being

I typically accept one project per month, but I am happy to connect and strategize at any time.

For Clinicians

I enjoy supervising prelicensed clinicians at the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy and the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy- especially those interested in forming their own clinical approaches to intuitive eating. My supervision is focused on finding each therapist’s unique clinical style and values, while maintaining a high standard of valid psychotherapy approaches and ethics. I also support licensed clinicians who are new to this approach to disordered eating on a short-term basis.
